The theme this week at Thank God its Friday is to do an open theme skinny.
I had so much fun with this background.
I painted a transparency with pthalo blue and then sponged on 3 different shades of blue along with white using some scrunched up lunch wrap.In real life it is slightly transparent.I love this technique.
The image is stamped on a sticky backed transparency so the background shows through.
Then I added some rubons and inked the edges with white stazon.
