is stars..I opted to do a mini canvas with a tissue and pva background, 2 shades of blue luminarte, then with black luminarte.I then painted over with crystal glitter paint.

I did this with textured paper, patterned paper,gesso and material scraps,painted over with pva, smooshed randomly with embossing pad, sprinkled on some gold embossing powder and hit it with the heat gun..
