Mixed Media Monday..Stars
The theme this week at MMM http://mixedmediamonday.wordpress.com/2008/09/08/stars/ is stars..I opted to do a mini canvas with a tissue and pva background, 2 shades of blue luminarte, then with black luminarte.I then painted over with crystal glitter paint.
